Keto Lens — Terms of Service

By using Keto Lens ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What the app does
Keto Lens uses an AI model to estimate whether a photographed food, nutrition label, or menu item fits a ketogenic diet, and estimates net carbs and other nutrition figures.
Not medical or dietary advice. Keto Lens gives AI-generated estimates for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Estimates can be wrong — always use your own judgment, check packaging yourself when it matters, and consult a doctor or registered dietitian about your specific dietary needs, especially if you have diabetes, an eating disorder, or any other medical condition.
Accounts
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide an accurate email address to create an account.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings within the app.
Free tier and subscriptions
- Free accounts get a limited number of checks per day, which resets daily.
- A paid subscription removes the daily limit, subject to a high fair-use ceiling to keep the service running reliably for everyone.
- Subscriptions are billed by Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected) until cancelled.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of the current billing period. We don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it in a way that could damage or overburden our systems or those of our providers.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its AI-generated results will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any health or dietary outcome connected to relying on its output.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
